1. Project deposits
Advance payments reserve team capacity and begin discovery, planning and setup. Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
2. Cancellation before work starts
If a project is cancelled before any work or reserved third-party commitment begins, refund eligibility will be reviewed after deducting payment processing and administrative costs.
3. Cancellation after work starts
Fees for completed work, work in progress and non-cancellable third-party costs remain payable. Any approved refund is calculated against the unused portion of prepaid fees.
4. Digital and campaign costs
Domain, hosting, software, advertising spend, licences, API fees and other third-party charges are not refundable by ZulbulAI.
5. Retainers
Monthly retainers may be cancelled with the notice stated in the agreement. Fees for the active billing period are generally non-refundable.
6. How to request review
Submit a written request with invoice details and reason through the contact page. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a commercially reasonable period.
