1. Acceptance
By using this website or engaging ZulbulAI, you agree to these terms and any signed proposal, statement of work or invoice.
2. Services and scope
Deliverables, timelines, fees, revision limits and responsibilities are defined in the applicable proposal. Work outside the approved scope may require a change request and additional fees.
3. Client responsibilities
Clients must provide timely content, access, approvals and accurate information. Delays in these inputs may change delivery dates.
4. Fees and taxes
Payments are due according to the agreed schedule. Taxes and third-party costs are additional unless explicitly included.
5. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, final approved deliverables are licensed or assigned as stated in the proposal. ZulbulAI retains ownership of pre-existing tools, methods, reusable code and know-how. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licences.
6. Portfolio rights
Unless confidentiality terms state otherwise, ZulbulAI may display completed public work for portfolio and marketing purposes.
7. Warranties and results
We provide services with reasonable professional care. Search rankings, advertising outcomes, revenue and third-party platform availability cannot be guaranteed.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service and excludes indirect or consequential loss.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate according to the proposal. Work completed and committed third-party costs remain payable.
10. Governing terms
Disputes should first be addressed in good faith. Applicable law and jurisdiction will be stated in the signed commercial agreement.
